Return policy
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity can be attributed.
Revocation instruction:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen days, starting from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model revocation form, which is not mandatory. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation:
If you revoke this contract, we are obliged to refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to make a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event within fourteen days at the latest from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract.This deadline is considered to have been met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. The purchaser shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. He only has to pay for any depreciation in value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged in a retail or concept store.
All items must be unused and with original labels and packaging intact.
We are not responsible for any items lost during the return shipment.

2. Send your items to the address below using the address label at the bottom of
the return form

3. Send your articles with intact label together with the order number.
4. Include instructions on how you want us to process your return (e.g. for a
refund, exchange to a different size, style, etc.)
5. For the exchange, please clarify the alternative product by indicating
product name, packaging style and size (please note that the exchange can only be made
for equivalent or inferior products)
Once we have received your return, we will make every effort to process your request as soon as possible and will send you an e-mail confirmation after processing. Please note that during our peak season the processing time can take up to 10 working days. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Please note that we cannot cover the costs of returning the goods and that you are responsible for lost items.
